The 3 hour rainforest tour meets conveniently at the Rock Statue downtown. From there Ill drive us up the coastal highway to the trail head that begins where the road ends.

This is genuinely one of my favorite trails to explore in Ketchikan. It has PLENTY of Photo Opportunities.
Along our 2 mile hike We will be surrounded by these incredible moss covered 500+ year old trees, Waterfalls fed by a salmon spawning stream that empties into a tidal nursery zone. well maintained trails through Alaskan wilderness, all before we even venture into the valley. This is a moderate hike with somewhat of difficult terrain. Stairs and steep inclines.
